LABOR DAY 5K RACE - this is our premier event and continues to grow every year. Race Director George McManus, works on this race 9 months out of the year. It attracts runners, walkers, and children. Many families run the race together. Coach Tim St. Lawrence runs the microphone during the race (since he knows most of the racers by name!), coordinates registration, and facilitates the childrens run immediately after the race. Rain or sun, nobody misses this race! Donations received by our sponsors pay for all the expenses to run the race. All registration fees become money designated for the Warwick Lions Quest Program.

Applefest - The Warwick Lions Club is proud to be a part of Warwicks famous Applefest. We sell Hot Dogs, apples topped with hot carmel, and drinks. Applefest attracts artists from all over the Northeast and beyond, and has become an event everyone looks forward to the entire year. Applefest has been selected as one of the top ten festivals in the "Top 100 Events in North America". There are typically over 30,000 people that decend on Warwick to attend this festival!

Ultamania Basketball - this is the 'ultimate' basketball game and takes place in the Warwick Middle School gym. It pits the Elementary and Middle School teachers against the High School teachers. There are foul shooting contests and the infamous half time mid court shot contest. The fund raiser is always packed with students routing for their favorite teachers. All money raised goes right back to the Warwick community or to hearing and sight specific foundations. It's a fun evening for all the family!

Golf Outing - This event usually occurs in late spring and is designed for all levels of golfers. Typically the Warwick Valley Country Club, a private course in Warwick, hosts our annual event. Refreshments are strategically placed around the course and the raw bar on the 3rd tee can't be missed! Three holes offer hole in one opportunites, the contests are fun, and the dinner/awards afterwards can't be beat! Watch our site for dates.

AMBA - (Annual Multi-phasic Blood Analysis) Every spring the Warwick Lions sponsor a blood clinic. Nearly 500 people pass through the experienced technicians who draw the blood. The results contain over 32 different tests that are automatically forwarded to your family physician for review at a fraction of the cost of normal blood tests. We also provide orange juice, coffee, bagels and donuts!
